1. Before running the trackless rubber wheel, the driver must check the good condition of all parts of the vehicle and confirm the error before operation.

2. Trackless rubber wheel drivers must hold a "motor vehicle driving license" and have more than two years of motor vehicle driving experience, after qualified training to obtain a certificate to operate, other personnel shall not operate trackless rubber wheel vehicles.

3. The running slope, running speed and load weight of the trackless rubber wheel shall not exceed the value specified in the design.

4.  The driver of the trackless rubber wheel must carry a convenient tile tester.

5. The trackless rubber wheel driver must be familiar with the structural performance, technical characteristics, action principle of the trackless rubber wheel, skilled in operating skills, learn to eliminate general failures, safe operation.

6. The trackless rubber wheel driver must be familiar with the changes in the running line, and timely signal or slow down.

7. Trackless rubber wheel cab is only limited to one driver, it is strictly prohibited to pull people. When transporting materials, especially scattered materials and equipment, they must be tied firmly.

8. Transport of general materials, equipment provisions:

(1) It is strictly prohibited to overload operation, transport equipment and large materials must be tied firmly, and anti-rolling measures must be taken when pulling easy rolling objects.

(2) Manual unloading must be used in the designated place, and orderly, shall not be stopped at will unloading.

(3) Warning signs must be set up when transporting ultra-long, ultra-wide, and objects.

(4) The driver must check the large objects after binding, and there is a warning before and after the car.

(5) When loading and unloading large objects, the command personnel must stand in a safe place outside the dumping radius of the equipment.

(6) When loading materials or tools in the car box, strictly implement the four excess provisions, that is, not "super long, super wide, overweight", that is, the length of the material shall not exceed 6m; The width shall not exceed 1.3m; The height shall not exceed the upper edge of the bucket of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle 0.2m; Specified load: load capacity does not exceed 1900kg "; When transporting pipes and other materials and equipment whose length exceeds the length of the car body, one end of the material shall not exceed the driver's seat, which does not affect the driver's line of sight, and the material must be bound with steel wire rope or chain, and can be transported after confirming that the binding is firm. The work is implemented by the team leader on duty. For other, extra-wide, extra-long and extra-heavy goods, special measures must be formulated. Firework items must not be transported.

9. When the equipment and scattered tools are installed in the car, they must be effectively bundled to prevent the equipment or tools from being thrown out of the car or knocked out during transportation.

10. When the driver is driving, the right side must face the forward direction and be perpendicular to the forward direction.

11. The trackless rubber wheel first honk two and then drive through at low speed, and always observe the surrounding situation, the vehicle is driving at low speed when turning.

12. The vehicle driving process, should often pay attention to whether the instrument indication is normal. Diesel engine water temperature should be maintained in the range of 75℃-95℃.

13. The tank. The large oil injection amount shall not exceed the oil amount of 8h.

14. The driving process should pay attention to the working condition of the vehicle, if found abnormal sound, should stop, stabilize the vehicle and check and exclude in time.

15. The turn should reduce the throttle to reduce the speed, strictly prohibit sharp turns.

16. In the turning, low visibility areas, uphill and downhill need to honk repeatedly to prevent accidental injury.

17. The trackless rubber wheel vehicle must strictly implement the provisions of "pedestrians do not drive, driving no one". During the material transport of the trackless rubber wheel, the team leader on duty will send a special person in advance to set up a warning at both ends of the operation route and the intersection. During the operation, no personnel are allowed to stand or walk the route through the trackless rubber wheel, and the team leader will personally check it, otherwise it is not allowed to run. When the vehicle passes the operation site, the operator must stop the operation and stand at a safe place beyond the driving distance of the vehicle and the dumping radius of the vehicle equipment, and then carry out the operation after the vehicle passes; If you encounter pedestrians in the process of driving, you must slow down, whistle and stop, and continue to drive after the personnel pass.

18. Crossing points, bends, chambers, damper, in front of vehicles, equipment and other materials and personnel or line of sight obstacles, must be honked in advance to slow down.

19. When the personnel are operating on the vehicle line, they must suspend the shutdown plate of the rubber wheel vehicle (prohibit the operation of the rubber wheel vehicle).

20. When the slope of the underground roadway is greater than the rated climbing capacity of the vehicle, it is prohibited to drive. Special operations must be prepared special measures to take auxiliary traction.

21. The vehicle downhill is strictly prohibited to glide in neutral.

22. When the vehicle enters the main lane by connecting lanes, avoiding chambers, and non-main arteries, it whistles and changes light, and then enters slowly when there is no vehicle passing through the main lane.

23. During underground traffic control, all vehicles must drive according to the traffic indication signs set up at the time of control.

24. Underground vehicle parking, must be parked in the shelter room or spacious, does not interfere with the safe place, it is strictly prohibited to park vehicles.

25. Long time parking must be turned off and safety parking brake, shall not turn off the light, and set up obvious reflective sign plate behind the vehicle. In case of special circumstances need to stop on the slope, in addition to the safety parking brake, but also take measures to prevent the vehicle from sliding.

26. Reversing must observe that there is no person around, barrier-free, slow reversing, transporting special materials or special locations or small space reverse, should be directed by the following vehicle personnel, the commander must stand in the equipment dumping or sliding range outside the safe location command.

27. In case of failure in the roadway, clear warning signs should be set up 30 meters away from the front and back, and immediately report to the dispatch room and the team, and actively organize and deal with.

28. It is strictly prohibited for vehicles to enter the special return air lane and the breeze, no wind area.

29. Temporary construction in the roadway, must be 30 meters away from the construction site to set up "ahead construction, slow down" warning signs, the use of special isolation facilities for isolation, construction personnel must wear reflective vests.

30. Uphill and downhill road must be non-slip treatment, meet the following requirements:

(1) Anti-slip treatment must be carried out when the road is hardened, and anti-slip slots with a width of 10mm, a depth of 10mm and a spacing of 10mm are reserved along the road width or resin is sprayed according to the anti-slip standard of the ground road.

(2) Regular maintenance of the road surface, and timely repair of non-slip slot blockage or resin damage.

31. When the trackless rubber wheel is walking, the vehicle shall not be maintained or adjusted.

32. When the trackless rubber wheel vehicle transports the equipment to the specified position 10m away, it must sound the siren to slow down and stop.

33. The driver in the process of driving operation, the hand, head and arm at all times to keep in the cab, shall not put any part of the body out of the cab.

34. It is forbidden to use this vehicle to impact, push and drag other equipment

35. After the trolley arrives at the transport site, the shift team shall designate the parking position, and the driver of the trolley shall not run or park without permission.

36. The driver must strictly implement the on-site shift system, and carefully check whether the vehicle is in good condition after taking over. Any problems in the succession or operation must be reported to the team headquarters and recorded.

37. The driver must master the changes in the running line, and timely signal or slow down.

38. If the alarm is not in place, resulting in the operation of the range of people, trackless rubber wheel driving in the process of finding someone in front, must immediately stop to take braking measures, until the personnel can continue to pass. When the equipment is delivered 10m away from the specified position, it must sound the siren to slow down and stop.

39. Unloading materials, must clean up miscellaneous personnel; When discharging materials, the discharging personnel must handle them with care. It is strictly forbidden to leave them carelessly, and it is strictly forbidden to stop and discharge materials on the slope.

40. The vehicle is strictly prohibited in the environment below 0 °C for a long time parking, if temporarily not used, must be parked in the designated place, and run once a month.

41. According to the provisions of Article 498 of the coal mine safety regulations, the alarm and power failure concentration of the vehicle gas cutoff instrument of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle are ≥ 0.5%, and the recovery concentration is less than 0.5%.

42. It is strictly prohibited to change the structure, use and performance of the vehicle without approval, if there is a violation, strictly investigate the responsibility of the relevant personnel.

43. Strictly implement the "safety operation procedures", adhere to the work, so that people do not leave the locomotive, the key must be kept by the full-time driver.

44. Trackless rubber wheels must be equipped with appropriate fire extinguishing equipment (fire extinguisher must be 8kg).

45. The rubber wheel running in the roadway, the pedestrian side width is required to be 2.3 meters, when the pedestrian side width is less than 2.1 meters and continuously reach 5 meters, the rubber wheel shall not run, and hang the "rubber wheel prohibited to run" plate.

46. The trackless rubber wheel must be equipped with a special anti-car wedge (the number of wooden wedges shall not be less than 4).

47. If the slope exceeds the specified during the transportation of the trackless rubber wheel, the load capacity must be halved.
