In the working process of the underground explosion-proof loader, it is easy to have the phenomenon of too low oil pressure, if the oil pressure is lower than 0.2MPa, it should be stopped immediately to find the cause, and the fault can be removed before continuing to work, otherwise it will cause major mechanical accidents such as burning tile and pulling cylinder. So why does this happen?

Reasons for low oil pressure of explosion-proof loaders underground

In the working process of the underground explosion-proof loader, it is easy to have the phenomenon of too low oil pressure, if the oil pressure is lower than 0.2MPa, it should be stopped immediately to find the cause, and the fault can be removed before continuing to work, otherwise it will cause major mechanical accidents such as burning tile and pulling cylinder. So why does this happen?

1. Insufficient oil: If the oil oil is insufficient, it will reduce the amount of oil in the oil pump, resulting in a drop in oil pressure, and exacerbate the wear of the crankshaft and bearings, cylinder liner and piston.

2. Oil filter blockage: When the oil can not flow due to the blockage of the oil filter, the safety valve located on the base of the oil filter is topped off, and the oil will not be filtered directly into the main oil passage. If the opening pressure of the safety valve of the underground explosion-proof loader is adjusted too high, when the oil filter is blocked, the safety valve can not be opened in time, so the pressure of the oil pump increases, the internal leakage increases, and the oil supply of the main oil channel decreases, causing the oil pressure to drop.

3. Oil pressure sensor failure or oil pipe blockage: If the oil pressure sensor fails, or the oil pipe from the main oil passage to the oil pressure sensor is not smooth due to dirt accumulation, the oil pressure gauge will show the oil pressure drop.

4.Oil pan blocked: if the oil is too dirty, too sticky, it is easy to block the oil pan. When the engine is running at a low speed, the oil pump of the underground explosion-proof loader does not absorb much oil, and the main oil channel can still establish a certain pressure, and the oil pressure will be normal. However, when the accelerator is operated at high speed, the amount of oil absorption of the oil pump will be significantly reduced due to the excessive resistance of the suction cup, which will cause the display value of the oil pressure gauge to decline.

The above is the cause of the low oil pressure of the downhole explosion-proof loader, if the oil quality of the loader is not qualified, it will also lead to low oil pressure, because different models of the engine must add different oil, the same model in different seasons should also use different grades of oil. If the oil grade is not correct, the engine will increase the leakage due to the oil viscosity is too low, thus reducing the oil pressure.
