The chassis adopts an off-road engineering pickup truck customized integral "U"special-shaped frame rack,the front axle adopts a double transverse arm spiral spring independent balanced push-pull suspension with damping and shock absorption, and the rear axle adopts a leaf spring non-independent suspension and shock absorption. The power system is equipped with XTW494DZLDFB National III low emission, electronic fuel injection explosion-proof diesel engine system. The variable speed differential assembly box with 5+1 gears, a fully enclosed engine+double row 5-seat cabin, and a 500kg rear opening cargo box (overall molding).
The front and rear axles adopt wet brake steel drive axles, and the chassis has strong load-bearing capacity. Hydraulic power steering, mechanical transmission, part-time 4-wheel drive, climbing ability of 14º. (Designed according to GB/T1199-2022 new standard for explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber-tyred vehicles). The rear box carries 500kg, which can meet the requirements of transportation from the floor to the working face dierectly for mine using inclined shaft and cage.

Body structure
