The vehicle is equipped with low-pollution, low-emission Ⅲ explosion-proof diesel engine (Cummins) system as the core power, explosion-proof electric start, hydraulic - mechanical transmission, low-speed and high-torque power, pull wire shift mechanism, good acceleration performance, full-time four-wheel drive to meet the needs of the working conditions, four-wheel power steering to solve the narrow space width of the turning radius needs, Front and rear steering wet brake bridge, stationary wet brake, reliable braking, strong climbing ability, the system is equipped with explosion-proof electronic monitoring/protection, environmental CH4, CO monitoring and protection, traffic records and reversing images (including radar), the system chassis bearing capacity is strong, stable running speed, can complete the ground to the working surface without reprinting direct transport. The system explosion-proof electrical appliances all have the standard certificate, explosion-proof certificate, explosion-proof performance in line with GB3836.1-.4 -- 2010 standard requirements, with simple structure, convenient maintenance, accessories universal strong.
Product Technical Features:
The vehicle chassis frame is an integral steel parallel beam, front and rear engineering steering wet brake axle, front axle spiral spring +damper for shock absorption, heavy-load multi-link suspension, the main and auxiliary plate springs of the rear axle are strengthened. System power adopts explosion-proof diesel engine system, hydraulic torque converter, hydraulic transfer case, hydraulic cylinder power steering. Fully enclosed cabin, instrument and display monitoring and driving record/ reversing image is integrated on the platform. The system operation adopts driver's right hand layout (full time four-wheel drive, hydraulic shift, lifting operation). Cargo box adopts integral type steel structure, rear door opening with self-locking structure. Double hydraulic cylinder lift to unload. The 100-L fuel tank, Solid filled of engineering pattern tires, etc. (see Figure 1-3).

Body structure
The trolley is mainly composed of cargo box, head, chassis, drive axle and suspension system. The front part integrates the cab, while the cargo box is used for loading materials. The chassis design is robust and adaptable to complex underground environments with good passability and climbing ability.

Fuel tank
The fuel tank is an important part of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle, which is responsible for storing fuel such as diesel for engine use. The fuel tank is usually located on the bottom or side of the vehicle body and is designed to have a reasonable capacity to meet the needs of long transportation. At the same time, the fuel tank also has leak-proof, explosion-proof and other safety properties to ensure the safety of use in the underground environment.
Axle
Front and rear steering wet brake engineering bridge, front bridge helical spring + damping shock absorption, heavy multi-link suspension, rear bridge main and auxiliary plate springs strengthen shock absorption.
Infrared distance sensor
The front and back of the body are equipped with infrared ranging sensors, which can measure the distance between the vehicle and the surrounding obstacles in real time, and remind the driver to avoid the way through sound and light alarm. This function is particularly useful in complex environments such as mines, helping to improve the safety and reliability of vehicle driving.
